Age of Daze is a Canadian alternative rock band from
Fredericton, New Brunswick formed in 2005. They released their
debut self-titled independent EP that year. They released their
sophomore album "Hollywood Ending" in 2007. The album is
distributed through Universal Music Canada and iTunes worldwide.
Vocalist Tim Morrison, bassist Matt McLaughlin and lead
guitarist Jamie Norrad originally met while playing in a local
cover band. They began writing and abandoned the cover band
scene to focus on original material in early 2005. Guitarist Jon
Price joined the band prior to the recording of their first EP
in October 2005. |

Turner. The EP was a modest success and allowed the band to open
for such acts as Collective Soul, Wide Mouth Mason and Hedley.

drummer Pat Pelletier, to record their sophomore CD entitled
"Hollywood Ending" with Turner again at the helm. The first
single "Afflicted" was was the band's first major exposure in
the US market. The song reached #17 on Canadian Rock charts (BDS)
#1 on the Sirius Rock 20 Countdown for two weeks.
The band recently completed their first Canadian tour supporting
such acts as Buckcherry, Papa Roach, Rev Theory, Default, and
State of Shock. AOD recently won a 2009 Canadian Radio Music
Award as Best New Group or Solo Artist (Rock).
